Delivery Policy

We offer one delivery attempt to the address provided at checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the order), the arrangement will be held for in-store pickup for the remainder of the scheduled delivery day. If the order is not picked up by the end of that day, a second delivery can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Due to the perishable nature of our flowers, orders not picked up or re-delivered within the same day will be forfeited. We are unable to store floral arrangements beyond the delivery date, as they require immediate care and attention to ensure their beauty and longevity.

Pickup Policy

Pickup orders must be collected on the date and time selected at checkout. All arrangements are prepared fresh for your scheduled pickup and require prompt collection to maintain quality. Orders not picked up on the scheduled date will be forfeited without refund.

Please note: Our Crystal Bottles and Refills are available for shipping only and cannot be picked up or delivered with floral orders.
